Do any of the properties have a dog-friendly pub within walking distance?
Yes, absolutely. Only our three most remote cottages; Axen Lodge, Bilshay Farmhouse and Eagle’s Nest are not in easy walking distance of a dog friendly pub.
Where can you walk nearby with dogs?
All of our holiday homes have fantastic walks nearby and we would be happy to provide you with recommendations – or come and ask us for advice at our friendly Visitor Centre at Symondsbury Estate.
Do any of the dog-friendly cottages have hot tubs?
All of our cottages are dog-friendly, and we have hot tubs in Crepe Farmhouse, Bilshay Farmhouse, Eagle’s Nest, Axen Lodge and Crepe Farm Cottage.
Do any of your cottages have enclosed gardens?
Yes, we do have cottages with enclosed gardens. Give us a call, or head to our Visitor Centre, for advice on where to stay.
Is there a limit on how many pets we can bring?
There is no official limit on the number of pets, but we recommend contacting the office should you wish to bring more than one or two pets.
Do the local beaches allow dogs?
There are plenty of lovely, local beaches that allow dogs, though some do have seasonal restrictions. Please get in touch with us for any local knowledge about beaches during your stay.
Do I have to pay extra to bring my dogs?
We charge £45 per dog, per stay.
Are all breeds welcome?
We welcome all dog breeds.
Are dogs allowed on the sofas and beds?
We do not allow dogs on the sofas and beds so please do bring a cosy dog bed for your furry friend.
