Symondsbury Estate are looking for a personable and well presented person to work as a Wedding and Events Co-Ordinator in the organisation and running of weddings and events at The Tithe Barn and the Estate. Please see the job description for more details. The successful applicant should be well organised with excellent customer service skills. The job includes weekend work so flexibility is essential. Previous experience working in weddings is not essential as full training will be given.

Symondsbury Kitchen is the hub of the village where locals and visitors can relax and enjoy not only the ambience but the delicious breakfast, lunches and homemade cakes provided by the Café.
The person we’re looking for must have a love for food, cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients, most of which we grow in our estate vegetable gardens. They must have experience of working in a Café/restaurant and be able to work as part of a team using specific recipes as well as creating their own. Our food is simple but carefully prepared and presented in a home away from home style.
We require a Kitchen Assistant to join our busy, friendly team in Symondsbury Kitchen. Duties will include vegetable prep, washing up and keeping the kitchen clean and tidy. There are great opportunities to gain experience and progression within the kitchen. 3/4 days a week including weekends. Key Skills: Friendly and positive attitude; Desire to get involved within the kitchen; Motivated to keep the highest standards of cleanliness; Reliable team member with a strong work ethic; Ability to work on your own initiative; Previous experience preferred, though full training is provided.
