This role provides a great opportunity for someone who wants a varied, hands on, practical role. Managing small scale commercial vegetable growing and all livestock operations on the Estate.
If you love working outdoors (come rain or shine) you will be growing and harvesting vegetables to supply our café and shop. All management and caring for our rare breed sheep and pigs amongst other animals for the viewing public.
This is an extremely important role working to integrate our farming operations with the brand giving customers the opportunity to be part of a working farm, interact with the animals, buy our own produce and eat delicious high quality food.
You will be a business minded person, have a can-do positive attitude and resilience for doing manual work outdoors on the Estate.

Required to manage a cleaning team at one of our largest properties, Crepe Farmhouse to deliver an exceptionally high standard including your own areas to clean within the property.
You will be expected to carry out regular inspections and quality checks, controlling and monitoring the use of stock.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to lead and work as part of a team meeting safety standards. You will have a positive and flexible approach and take pride in the finished result.
Changeover days are mainly Fridays with some Mondays, flexibility to work both days at short notice required.
