The 14th Century Tithe Barn is located in the heart of the village of Symondsbury and is a very popular place for wedding and events.

Our beautifully restored 14th Century Tithe Barn, with its fabulous landscaped garden, holds up to 150 guests. With it's vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and wonderful natural light overlooking Manor Yard and Sloes Hill beyond, make it a truly wonderful place to celebrate your wedding.

Fully licensed venue able to conduct Civil Ceremonies and Partnerships.

Use of the Tithe Barn on Friday (10am to 5pm), Saturday (8.30am to midnight) and access Sunday morning if required from 9am to 11.30am.

Our hire fee also includes a fully staffed paid bar and a Wedding Co-Ordinator on site all day and night to ensure you and your guests can relax and enjoy the day. You will also have full use of our professional PA System.

Please note: A £500 security deposit is required. This is payable with the balance, and provided there is no damage – it will be refunded after the event.

The venue hire includes: use of the Tithe Barn on Friday (10am to 5pm) Saturday (8.30am – midnight) and access on Sunday morning if required from 9am until 11.30am for clearing out any flowers and/or decorations. Mid week hire includes: use of the Tithe Barn on Tuesday (9am – 5pm) Wednesday 9am – midnight) and Thursday morning if required from 9am until 11.30am for clearing out any flowers and/or decorations. An additional £350 charge will apply for a Civil Ceremony. This includes an estate representative for the duration of the ceremony and wooden folding chairs for your guests. We are also more than happy to play music for any part of your ceremony using our professional PA system. Our hire fee also includes a fully staffed paid bar and an Estate representative/Bar manager on site all day and night to ensure you and your guests can relax and enjoy the day. A £500 deposit on a separate cheque is required against damage to the property or violation of the noise curfew. The damages cheque will be returned (or destroyed) after the event. In the unlikely event of any damage being done or the property being left in an unsatisfactory condition, the owners reserve the right to impose a reasonable charge to return the property to the condition it was in at the beginning of the let.
