Sea Sisters
This Bridport-based craft cannery is transforming tinned fish in the UK. Founders Charlotte and Angus set out to preserve seasonal British fish right here in Symondsbury, using recyclable packaging and sustainable methods. Their mission? To bring back the art of British canning – one delicious tin at a time.
Pomme Blush
What began as an orchard restoration project in Bridport has flourished into Pomme Blushe, a unique apple aperitif brand. Helen Benedict and her family replanted 24 fruit tree varieties, pressing their first apples in 2009. Today, their passion for apple-based drinks is bottled in every sip of Pomme Blushe – a refined taste of Dorset’s orchards.
Symondsbury Estate
It doesn’t get more local than our own Symondsbury Estate range. From heritage apple juice to chutneys and jams made from Colfox family recipes, each product is crafted with care. Whether it’s a zingy chilli jam, rich apple chutney or breakfast marmalade, our Estate-made goods are a true taste of Symondsbury.
Bridport Bakery
With over 30 years of baking expertise, Bridport Bakery is a Dorset gem. Their handcrafted breads and pastries – flaky almond croissants, crusty sourdough loaves – are now available in our deli. Pick up a freshly baked treat to enjoy at home or on the go.
Reads Coffee Roasters
For over 16 years, Reads Coffee Roasters has sourced and roasted the finest beans in North Dorset. Founder Giles Read’s love for great coffee began on the West Coast of the USA, inspiring him to bring speciality coffee to the UK. Now served in top cafés and our very own Visitor Centre – stop by for a freshly brewed takeaway before exploring the Estate.
